Commercial Insurance Producer / Head of Marketing

A native to Boothbay Harbor, Heather has been an active member in the Lincoln County community for as long as she can remember. While raising her three daughters at home, Heather served on the Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for several years before accepting a position as Membership Director of the Chamber. In this position, she thoroughly enjoyed working with members to educate and assist them in understanding the benefits of their membership and how to utilize the tools that were offered.

Heather uses her prior experience to bring competence, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills to her role as Commercial Insurance Producer at Cheney Insurance. She enjoys working with the clients, learning new things about the insurance industry and the teamwork that the Cheney office encompasses. Heather can always be counted on to ask the hard questions and suggest innovative ways to better serve our clients.

In her free time, Heather can often be found in the bleachers, cheering at her daughters’ basketball games and operating her own successful small-business.
